used for glass bottle sterilization and less than 3 kg tinplate bottle sterilization. Equipment with 4 temperature zone (30-80) adjustable, spray heating, effective length of 2 meters; sterilization zone (20-98) adjustable, water bath heating, sterilization storage length of 6-8 meters; pre-cooling zone (40-65) adjustable, spray cooling effective length of 2 meters; Cooling Zone, (tap water normal temperature) make up water, control heating speed, effective length 6.5 meters. The sterilization time is adjustable and the steam temperature is controlled automatically.

The product structure of Water bath vertical sterilizer :
1* is made of 304 stainless steel, the thickness of the water tank plate is 3mm, and the bracket foot is 3mm.
2* adopt engineering plastic net as conveyor belt, wear resistance is strong, thickness is 25mm, effective width is 1950mm.
