The LINEAR vibrating drain screen is a kind of light vibrating drain equipment, which makes use of the principle of vibration excited by two vibrating motors with opposite steering to make the material move in a jumping straight line on the screen surface. This machine is widely used in grain, vegetable, food and other industries, suitable for all kinds of materials in different degrees of classification and dehydration operations. The equipment is also used to remove water from the surface of pasteurized and cooled food packaging bags and to remove water from the surface of vegetables after cleaning. After vibrated and drained, most of the water droplets have been removed, and the remaining water can be packed into storage after being dried by air dryer. Vibrating water dispenser is one of the simple and effective flow equipment in the food production line.
Detail:
The blanched chips are fed through a mesh belt to a vibrating dehydrator, which vibrates at high frequencies to remove water from the surface.The machine is made of 304 stainless steel, the thickness of the plate is 3mm, the frame square pipe is 80*80*3mm high quality 304 stainless steel square pipe, the vibration motor is 0.25kw, the vibration amplitude is adjustable.
Working principle:
under the high-frequency vibration of the vibration motor, the moisture content on the surface of potato chips is fully removed, and the material moves forward and enters the air main line under the state of vibration
