1.Main structure
This machine made up of the front bearings, feed hopper, spiral, filter nets, juice, rear support, slag groove and other components, the left side of the spiral spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, the right end is supported in the handwheel housing, the motor through a pair of V wheel drive spiral work.
2 .operating principle
The main component of the equipment is spiral, the spiral along the slag outlet direction of the bottom diameter gradually increased and the pitch gradually decreased, when the material is spiral propulsion, due to the shrinking of the volume of the spiral cavity, forming the press of the material.
The direction of rotation of the screw spindle is seen from the feed hopper to the slag groove, which is the direction of the needle.
