Operating principle
The equipment can adjust the gap between the grates and change the particle size of the material according to the user's requirements to meet the different needs of different users. The high-speed rotating hammer body and the material collision surface crush the material. It has the characteristics of simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency, etc. It can be used as dry and wet crushing equipment. The main working part of the machine is the rotor with hammers (also known as hammer heads). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port and is crushed by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed moving hammer. At the bottom of the rotor, there is a screen plate. The particle size smaller than the screen hole size in the crushed material is discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particle size larger than the screen hole size is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the screen plate.
