Feature:
1.Before using the machine,check the part connection ,too see if the machine loose or something unnormal.

3.The machine had been calibrated before delivery,since the walnut is different,the customer can readjust it according to your own needs.
4.Adjust the clearance:
The machine is design with "V"type,the large can crush thought the upside,and the small walnut can crush through the downside.
Small type: loose the pulley bolt of the lower part , twisted the top nut axis, turn to roll up regulate the greater gap , downside gap will become smaller , retighten the pulley bolt.
Large type:to adjust the speed,the gas will smaller when the speed is faster,and vice versa.
since the walnut is different,the shell thickness is not same,put small quantity walnut to check the effective first,to find the suitable gap to achieve the perfect shelling rate.the small one which are fail shelling should pick up and adjust the gap then shell again .
