Equipment usage
It is suitable for quantitative filling of briquettes, coal, lime and other spherical and massive materials. The machine adopts microcomputer control and touch screen Chinese display system to make the operation very simple. The machine can automatically complete the filling, filling and weighing procedures, and the bag is guided manually After that, it is automatically filled into the bag and automatically transported to the sewing machine to complete the sewing work. The machine adopts steel plate stamping technology and compact and reasonable shape design to make the whole machine have the advantages of good rigidity, stable operation, low noise and low energy consumption. The use of briquette production line can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity of workers, and improve the working environment. The whole set of equipment is composed of a briquette packing machine; a 3-meter conveyor; and a double-thread sewing machine. Follow-up can be equipped with automatic bag feeding machine and automatic palletizer. A single person can operate multiple production lines (the production line does not require workers).
Scope and performance
The DCS-50KM electronic quantitative packaging scale is suitable for quantitative packaging of coal granular materials. It is composed of mechanical devices and a microcomputer intelligent control system. It has a compact structure and is easy to install. The mechanical device consists of a belt feeding mechanism, a turntable feeding mechanism, a weighing mechanism, a bag clamping mechanism, a conveying mechanism, and a sewing mechanism. The control system is composed of Chinese touch screen and microcomputer controller. Chinese touch operation is simple and intuitive, with good stability.
In addition to manual bagging, this equipment adopts automatic control for fast feeding, intermediate feeding, fine feeding, quantitative weighing, bag clamping and loose bag. The touch screen realizes the setting and display of control parameters such as fast, medium and slow feeding. And has two working modes, manual and automatic. The weighing speed is fast, the stability is good, and the operation is convenient.
