3. The gap between the rollers has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Due to the different sizes of walnuts, the size of
the gap should be adjusted according to the size of the fruit shape.
Gap adjustment:
Small-sized type-1 is: there are two nuts on the top of the intermediate shaft that lock each other, loosen and twist the nut on
the central shaft, and roll upward to adjust the gap to become larger and the broken shell is larger, and the downward gap is
smaller to make the broken shell smaller, adjust it well Then re-tighten the two nuts to fix each other.
Due to the different sizes of walnut varieties and different shell thicknesses, a small amount of walnuts are put into the machine
to see the size effect after shelling. Adjust about 5 mm at a time.
Large-scale-2 type is: adjust the speed of the speed, the faster the speed, the smaller the broken shell, and the slower the
broken shell, the bigger the broken shell.
Because walnut varieties have different shell thicknesses, a small amount of walnuts are put into the machine to see the effect of
shelling, and the speed is adjusted to achieve a high integrity rate of kernels after shelling and the size effect after shelling.
If the small fruit has not been shelled, re-adjust the gap and then shell it. When the broken shell is too large, the speed is
adjusted to be faster; when the shell is broken to be small, the speed is adjusted to be slow. Adjust about 50 revolutions at a
time.
5. Pay attention to oil filling when using the geared motor, and check and fasten all transmission parts in time for normal use.
