    It is made of food grade stainless steel. It is suitable for filling, sealing and trimming of containers of different specifications, such as powder, paste, liquid and solid. It can also be equipped with different filling types, such as self-flow, filling, measuring cup, negative pressure and screw filling, so as to be suitable for filling different products.
The whole machine adopts Japanese Omron programmable logic controller, pneumatic control elements and intelligent digital display control system. It has the characteristics of high sealing strength, good sealing and low failure rate.
 

The HLBG series cup filling and sealing machine have different specification sealing pump. We can design different machines as per client's requirements.It is suitable for filling and sealing any level drink and pasty products in different shapes and capability vessels. For example drink, water, milk, yogurt and so on.
