Introduction:
The filling line is mainly composed of a filling and capping machine, an aluminum foil sealing machine and a full-automatic labeling machine, with simple structure and convenient operation. The total length of the filling line is 5m, which is suitable for the assembly line filling of low-dose liquid.
Features:
1. Positive displacement stainless steel pump is used for filling, with high precision and large dosage range.
2. The materials enter the filling mechanism by self suction, which is convenient for cleaning and disinfection of the whole machine.
3. No filling and no dripping in case of bottle shortage. Suitable for filling various viscosity liquids.
4. The vibrating disc automatically arranges the cover and automatically completes the hanging and screwing of the cover.
5. Filling and capping are integrated, economical and practical, with small land occupation. Magnetic torque screw head, loose and tight can be adjusted freely.
