Our Service

1. Installation and debugging: during the warranty period, the seller will send engineers to guide the installation of the machine, and the buyer shall prepare the required materials, and be responsible for the safety, travel expenses and foreign accommodation of the engineers. And pay the engineer's salary, 150 US dollars per day. If the installation exceeds one month, the buyer shall pay the engineer 200 US dollars for the excess time. The Seller shall provide instructions and basic drawings.
2. The date of quality guarantee is one year after commissioning (excluding wearing parts), but it shall not exceed 15 months from the date of delivery of the machine.
3. If the equipment fails due to improper handling
Users are responsible for the maintenance and charge the corresponding fees.
4. We provide the parts with favorable price and durable maintenance.
After the warranty period, if the equipment needs to be repaired, we only charge the cost price
