Equipment structure and working pribciple:
1. Structure:
The screw spindle is composed of front support, feed hopper, crushing, screw, filter screen, juicer, rear support and slag discharge groove. The left end of the screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing seat, and the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat. The motor drives the screw through a pair of triangular belt pulleys.
2. Working principle:
The main component of the equipment is that the bottom diameter of the screw increases gradually along the direction of the slag outlet, while the pitch decreases gradually. When the material is propelled by the screw, the screw cavity shrinks, resulting in the squeezing of the material.
The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag trough. The raw material is added into the hopper and pressed by the screw. The squeezed juice flows into the bottom Juicer through the filter. The waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the pressure regulator. The size of the gap can be adjusted by the movement of the pressure regulator along the axis. It is used clockwise (when the bearing is rotated from the slag discharge trough of the equipment to the end of the feeding hopper, the pressure regulating head moves to the left, and the void is narrowed, and vice versa, the void is enlarged). Change the size of the void, that is, adjust the resistance of slag discharge.
The slag yield can be changed, but if the void is too small, under the strong extrusion, some slag particles will be extruded through the filter together with the juice. Although the juice yield increases, the quality of the juice decreases relatively. The void size should be determined by the specific process requirements of users.
Stainless steel spiral fruit and vegetable juicer is suitable for beating and separating fresh fruits and vegetables. Products such as orange, grape, kiwifruit, mulberry, bayberry, peach (pitted) can be made into jam juice, which can separate the pit, seed and thin skin of fruit. 1. Installation and commissioning: during the warranty period, the seller will send the engineer to guide the installation. The buyer shall prepare the required materials and be responsible for the safety, travel expenses, foreign accommodation and other responsibilities of the engineer. And shall pay the engineer a salary of 150 dollars / day, and if the installation exceeds one month, the buyer shall pay the engineer an overdue wage of 200 USD / day. The seller will provide the instruction and basic drawings.
2. The quality assurance period is one year after commissioning (excluding vulnerable parts), but it shall not exceed 15 months from the date of delivery of the machine.
3. If the equipment fails, it means that it is caused by improper operation
