Operating principle
The stone falls directly from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable; under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with the other part of the flying stones that are diverted around the turntable in an umbrella-shaped manner, and is crushed at high speed and high density. After hitting each other, the stones will form eddy currents between the turntable and the casing, causing multiple mutual impacts, friction, and crushing, and then be discharged directly from the bottom. A closed circuit is formed for multiple cycles, and the required particle size is controlled by the screening equipment.
When the hydraulic open-box sand making machine is working, the rotor rotates at high speed under the drive of the motor. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor and is crushed, and then is thrown onto the counterattack device for crushing again, and then bounces back from the counterattack liner to the plate hammer action area for crushing again. This process is repeated, and the material enters from large to small, and the counterattack cavity is repeatedly crushed until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port.
