Chicken feet processing equipment peeling machine is an indispensable equipment of chicken slaughtering house. The machine is widely used in meat processing equipment. The machine are made of stainless steel and ordinary carbon steel two specifications; users can choose the proper material according to the truth. The blanched feet can be put into the entrance and processed by the roller. The peeling time is about 1 minute. The peeled chicken feet are out of the exit. The machine working together with net blanching machine will be more efficiency.

Instruction:
This machine is made up of mesh belt conveyor, cutting machine and workbench. The operators can stand on both sides of the machine
(generally, 2 persons/per side, it need according the working speed of operators). The operators put the chicken paw ( chicken
palm down ) in the buckle and then the cutting machine will cut the chicken paw into two parts.
Installation:
1.Put the machine in the workshop and set up it horizontally.
2.Make sure the safety of the electric system and It is better to make the machine running 10 minutes in no-load condition. (
attention: don't reverse motor)
3. Check each part, especially the transmission and cutting machine. Check whether the screw is flexible. Pay attention to oil the
drive reducer, fan and link chain. (Attention: reduction gears is not oiled before they leave the factory)
4. It can be used after cleaning.
About usage:
1.The machine running speed is constant. It has been set before delivery and do not need to be modified in using process.
2.The operators put the chicken paw ( chicken palm down ) in the buckle and then the cutting machine will cut the chicken paw into
two parts.
3.After using the machine need to be cleaned in time so that it can be prepared to be used next time.
