Structure principle:
The new pulverizer is improved on the basis of the original shredder. The material to be cut can be evenly scattered in the hopper
by the elevator, which is conducive to even shredding. First, the rough cutting of the upper knife is followed by the fine cutting
of the second knife. After grinding, the particles become smaller step by step, and the cutter size gap can be adjusted to cut out
different specifications of materials.
Operation:
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the transmission components are loose and whether abnormal noise is eliminated in
time.
2. Whether the electrical parts connected to the power cable are damaged or have electrical leakage.
3. After checking the equipment is normal, start idling, successively under the classification screen, cutting knife, hoist,
and vice versa when shutting down.
4. Remove foreign matter and impurities from the dried material to prevent the cutter from being damaged, and then put the
material into the hopper, adjust the size of the hopper discharge door and the speed of the feed belt, so as to synchronize
the feed with the cutter.
5. Adjust the gap between the upper and lower cutting knives according to customer requirements to cut materials of different
sizes
6. There is a adjusting handle at the back of the upper and lower knife. Release the fixed cap and turn the handle. There are
positioning fulcrum inside the upper and lower knives, and the minimum gap can not be adjusted to the positioning, so as to
avoid damaging the blade when the two knives contact, affecting the quality of the cut.
7. The cut material enters the screen body and is graded by the screen piece. According to customer requirements to replace the
screen to achieve the required product specifications
8. Remove the plugging phenomenon of the cut material, so as not to affect the discharge, and the oil content is high. Clean
the oil residue on the equipment in time to ensure health and cleanliness.
9. The screen body has two kinds of structure, one kind of rubber bearing inside the arm of the screen body, the other kind of
spring support, vibration drive.
10. Check the oiling regularly for bolts, electrical appliances and lines of each transmission component, and remove any
problems in time to ensure normal use.
11. The PVC belt of the elevator may run off after a period of time, fine tune both ends of the adjustment bolt, can not adjust
large, the belt to run tight which side turn side adjustment.
