Product Description

Operating instructions:

1. Before use, first check whether the transmission parts and connecting parts are loose.

2. Check whether there is leakage in each connecting power line and switch line.

3. After checking that the equipment is normal, start the grading vibrating screen, cutter and feeding first, and turn off the feeding, cutter and grading vibrating screen when stopping.

4. The half grain of peanuts is cut into strips. In order to ensure the integrity and reduce damage, the moisture content is kept at about 15%.

5. Peanut raw materials shall be graded before cutting to avoid uneven size of cut strips, sundries and damage to the cutter.

6. The surface of the feed screen shall be smooth, the gap between each lifting lug and transmission connecting rod shall be consistent, the upper and lower cutters must be parallel and symmetrical, the discharge grading screen shall rotate in the direction of the arrow, and the screen pieces shall be replaced at any time according to the size of peanuts.

7. The center of the front end of the U-shaped feeding groove of the feeding screen body must be perpendicular to the center of the upper and lower blades, and the lower blades must be 1-2mm higher than the U-shaped groove of the screen body. (after use for a period of time, check that the upper knife and the lower knife must be vertical, the screen body groove and the blade must be kept in the center, and the height of the blade and the screen body U-groove must be 1-2mm. If there is any deviation, adjust it in time.)

8. The feeding is controlled by the speed regulating motor, and the feeding speed is adjusted to match with the cutter. The material cannot be stored in the feeding screen, but also the speed of the upper cutter.

9. The vibrating motor of the lower discharge screen rotates in the direction of the arrow or counterclockwise. If it does not discharge in the opposite direction.
 

10. After feeding, cutting knife and grading are used for a period of time, they shall be checked and cleaned regularly to avoid affecting normal use.
