It consists of nine flat-roofed conveyor belts, one of them connected with production line. it can automatically arrange cans and feed the filling line on the stainless conveyor belt. It has explosion-proof motor and is available to change the speed at any time. The motor power is 0.75 kw. The key technology of can arrange machine lies in the seven conveyor belts run in the same direction but with three different speeds, namely differential motion principle. When more aerosol cans move toward one direction, they will not run in parallel with 2, 3, or 4 cans, but become a straight line to run in parallel, and form can-blocking and can-jamming. Moreover, the double ejector rod cylinder in one side of unscrambler's guardrail twisted in reciprocating motion to stimulate an intelligent function. It can allocate double ejector rod cylinder to run smoothly, and the cylinder operation connects with filling machine. When filling machine operating, the bottler unscrambler is also twisting accordingly. In this way, the filling speed can keep pace with filling speed, which avoids extruding among aerosol cans and damaging surface paint and gloss of the cans. It mainly adopts 0.55KW/380V anti-explosion motors equipped with stepless speed control device in transmission parts, also equipped with an explosion-proof switch, which is safe, reliable, and convenient to open.

2. Automatic liquid filling machine
It has four filling liquid stations. Each station is equipped with an entry control damper. It will not fill materials without empty cans. The maximum filling capacity in each station is 450ML and 1800ML in total. At present, according to the aerosol cans' maximum capacity 750ML in our nation, the filling volume is usually about 300-500ML.Calculated by 200ML per can, it can fill about 3600 cans per hour, the more filling capacity, the slower filling speed. The four measuring cylinders can fill three different or same liquids at the same time. According to the national "general technique specification for aerosol filling machine" (namely industry standards BB0001-94), filling accuracy is ± 1%, while the filling accuracy of our products is up to ± 0.0%.

4. Valve correcting & sealing & gas filling machine
It consists of correct valves nozzle, one crimping head and 3 filling nozzles. The machine has option of no can no filling. Its max. Filling capacity is 600ml. It is applicable to fill with Propane, Butane, Freon, Dimethyl Ether (DME), Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, compressed air and 134a. In addition it fit for all kinds of valves.
4.1 The correcting device of aerosol valves: When workers operating valves, due to incorrect disposal of valves, press valves outside the can opening, or longish valve suckers, the valves will jump out of the can opening and away from the center. At the moment, the correcting device of aerosol valves can correct valves, aim at and press into can opening. Since there are three points under the valves, although the sucker is long, the valve will never jump out of cans again. It is easy to continue to seal. The full-automatic filling machine adopts the valves with three points underneath as far as possible.
4.2 Sealing machine: The sealing is mainly used to seal on the corrected and pressed valve with internal expanding mode. It needs to finish two steps respectively. Firstly, the pressure cylinder presses valves on the opening to make the valve rubber gasket flatten against the opening, usually the compression is 0.2-0.3mm.Then, the pressure cylinder sends a signal to inform sealing cylinder to operate. The sealing is fast, reliable, steady and easy to adjust sealed diameter and sealed depth manually without any tool.
4.3 Gas filling stations: These filling stations can three independent filling machines. According to 750ML aerosol can, in general, it will not exceed 500ML if fill LPG. Therefore, the 600ML capacity can far meet the filling demands of aerosol products. The propellant filling machine is widely applicable to fill LPG, DME, CFC, Nitrogen, Carbon dioxide, etc. The measuring cylinder of inflator is made of 304 stainless steel materials. The processing techniques and precision are the same as the measuring cylinder of filling liquid machine. The seal rings of inflator adopt CFRP skeleton rings of tetrafluoroethylene produced by American, which located in U-groove with stainless steel reeds inside. When seal rings are normally worn in long-term operation, the outer diameter of seal rings will automatically compensate due to the function of reeds. Therefore, the skeleton seal rings are corrosion-resistant, low temperature-resisting, wear-resistant and durable. These three station filling machines can fill three different gases at the same time, also fill same gas. They are convenient for adjustment and accurate measurement. The repeat inflation accuracy is ± 0.5%, higher than BB0004-94 standard.

6. Automatic aerosol water bath leakage testing machine
It can be used for testing cans without limit of can materials. It puts gas filled cans into water tank automatically and control the temperature in tanks at 55 ºC (by electrical heating). According to the national inspection standard of aerosol products, the cans must be soaked in 55 ºC warm water for 3 minutes, inspecting whether pressure inside is too high or not, and the pressure of cans. If no bubbling, distorting and blasting after soaking in 55 ºC water for 3 minutes, in general, the canned air products will not leak within two years.
Except in the following situations:
1) The external ambient temperature exceeds 55 ºC
2) The contents take place chemical reactions and produce corrosive substances such as water, acid and alkali, which will corrode aerosol cans.
3) Our full-automatic water-bath leak tester can detect 3,000 ~ 3200 cans per hour (calculated by 3-minute immersion per can).
4) The motive power of water-bath leak tester adopts 1.1KW anti-explosion motor equipped with step-less speed control device, and rotation equipped with overload clutch. In case some point is stuck, the overload clutch will slip automatically and avoid damaging other components
5) In addition, it equipped with pneumatic auto-stop device in the position of can-entry. It will stop automatically if can-jamming occurred.
6) It adopts electrical heating to warm up. There are three sets of stainless steel anti-explosion heating tubes in water tank. Each is 11KW / 380V.

8. Automatic cap pressing cover machine
