High efficiency: The fully automatic horizontal round bottle labeling machine adopts a side-horizontal roller conveying mechanism, the conveying chain is tilted, the bottle is automatically guided, and the conveying and labeling are stable. The labeling speed is high, and the labeling speed of some models can reach 400 bottles/minute, saving a lot of manpower and material resources.
High precision: The label belt bypass correction technology is adopted, and the label head and tail overlap is high; the rubbing and rolling labeling makes the labeling flat, wrinkle-free, and bubble-free, which improves the packaging quality. The labeling accuracy of some models can reach ±0.5mm.
High stability: The advanced electronic control system composed of Panasonic PLC, Panasonic touch screen, Panasonic pin-shaped electric eye and German Leuze label electric eye supports 7×24 hours of high-speed operation of the equipment.
Intelligent control: automatic photoelectric tracking, with no labeling, no label automatic correction and label automatic detection functions to prevent missing labels and label waste.
Sturdy and hygienic: mainly made of stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, in line with GMP production specifications, with a solid structure and beautiful appearance.
Diverse functions: optional coding machine or inkjet printer to the labeling head or conveyor belt to print production date, batch number and barcode information on the label or product.
