1.Bubble washing machine
Use and Theory:
Bubble type washing machine is used to remove the dirt, impurity on the surface of the goods, and by way of high pressure water flow and bursting force of the bubble. Bubble type washing like as the artificial hand washing. Bubble type washing machine is used for kinds of food, such as fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and so on, especially for leafy vegetable.
Loading the material enter the washing tank, and then start the air pump, at the action of high-pressure water flow and strong bubbles, the air bubbles will struck against strongly the surface of the material, and then the material will be fully dispersed, tumbled, cleaned, and conveyed. The extraneous matter that adhered on the surface of material will drop and enter the settling zone under mesh belt. The dirty cannot roll over twice, so have no pollution.
The filter box is designed at the side of washing tank, water pump push the water circulation, dirty will be filtered and collected by the strainer mesh, and floater extraneous matter will outflow the washing tank by overflow system. The material will move to the conveyor under the thrust, and will be cleaned again by high-pressure sprinkler on the top of conveyor during be conveyed.
During washing, water enter washing tank after being filtered, the whole water circulate is happened.

3: Dewatering &surface drying machine
Use:
The surface air dryer is suitable for air drying after sterilization of high and low temperature meat products, vegetable and flexible packaging products after sterilization, and is also suitable for removing surface water after washing fruits and vegetables. Through multiple fan draining and upper high pressure strong cold wind blowing, the surface water of material can be blew off and dry. The air dryer can be operated continuously, only loading the cleaned or sterilized product on the conveyor belt, when the machine start, the surface water can be removed by the strong wind.
It increase production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
1, The machine mainly consists of tank body, conveyor belt, strong flow fan and an electric control box.
2, The air dryer is designed high air volume, low noise and normal temperature. The continuous conveying system is designed to make the material running smoothly. During the material conveying, the water is cut by high pressure and strong wind uniformly. The equipment adopts the worm and worm motor, the conveyor speed is adjustable and stable.
