Structure and working principle:
This machine is composed of a peeling roller, a fan, and a specific gravity sorting part. It has a simple and compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, and is safe and reliable.
Working principle: Cocoa beans are fed evenly into the hopper, and then peeled by a roller. The peeled skin is then sucked outside the machine by a ventilation fan and stored in a shaker. The peeled cocoa beans are discharged through the material outlet, and by adjusting the wind force and peeling gap, all peeled skin can be separated.
