Semi-automatic gear filling machine refers to equipment that completes filling work by combining manual operation with mechanical automation. It uses a gear pump as the main filling component, sucks and squeezes out liquid through the rotation of gears, and realizes continuous and quantitative filling. This filling machine has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, fast filling speed and high precision.
2. Structure and working principle
Structure:
Filling head: responsible for filling liquid into bottles or cans, and can adjust the filling volume as needed.
Gear pump: consists of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers to form two closed spaces, and the liquid is sucked and squeezed out by the rotation of gears.
Bottle pad: supports the bottle to ensure the stability of the filling process.
Control panel: used to set filling parameters such as filling volume, filling speed, etc.
Transmission: drives the gear pump and other components to work in coordination.
Working principle:
When the gear pump starts working, the two gears rotate in the pump body.
The volume of the space on the side where the gear is disengaged gradually increases, forming a vacuum, thereby sucking in the liquid.
As the gears continue to rotate, the volume of the space on the meshing side of the gears gradually decreases, squeezing the liquid into the pipeline and completing the filling process.
