Machine Introduction :
This series packing machine is mainly apply to cement filling in bag for cement factories, meanwhile, it could also apply to fill powder and granulate material with good flow ability.
Rotary cement packing machine; Fixed cement packing machine; Big bag cement packing machine; Cement bulk loading system; Auxiliary equipment for cement packing line, such as Vibrating screen, Bag receiving conveyor, Bag positing conveyor, Bag cleaning conveyor,
Bagged cement truck loading machine.
Features:
1. Mechanical weighing system is novel and accurate
2. Sealing: there are 4 layers sealing between main shaft and cement outlet device: labyrinthine sealing, Polytetrafluoroethylene sealing strip, Rotary block and rubber framework ring. We are sure there is no any leakage in this location, and the main shaft is long life.
3. Control system: it is an interlocked device by lever formwork, composed of operating handle, lever of shutter, spring,process smoothly, durable and long life.
4.Filling device with automatic fall off function: this device adopts 4 springs as supporter, it will be drop following the weight increasing, and fall down as soon as the weight reach to the enactment.Device parameters:
