3. V-belt connection: connect the V-belt with the motor wheel to transfer the power of the motor.
4. Motor: it needs to be driven by the family (or 380V) 220 V lighting power 2.2-3 kW four stage (1440 RPM) motor.

1. The flattening machine should be fixed on the cement base for long-term operation. If the working place is changed frequently, the flattening machine and the motor should be installed on the base made of angle iron, and the belt pulley groove of the two should be consistent, and the outer end face of the belt pulley should be on the same plane
2. After the installation of the flattening machine, check the fastening condition of the fasteners, and tighten them if they are loose.
3. Before starting the flattening machine, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the counter roller rotor operates flexibly and reliably, there is no internal collision, and whether the lubrication between the motor and the flattening machine is good.
4. The flattening machine idles for 2-3 minutes after start-up, and it will work after no abnormal phenomenon.
5. Pay attention to the operation of the flattening machine at any time during the work, and the feeding should be uniform to prevent blocking and overload operation for a long time. In case of vibration, noise, over high temperature of bearing and body, material spraying, etc., stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after troubleshooting
6. The operator should not wear gloves and stand on the side of the flattening machine when feeding, so as to prevent the face from being hurt by the rebound of debris
7. In case of blockage, it is strictly forbidden to feed materials by hand. Turn off the power first, and then find out the cause
8. Idle for 2-3 minutes at the end of the work, and stop the squashing machine and motor only after the boredom inside the machine is completely eliminated.
