The production process of palm oil.

By the process of boiling, crushing, and squeezing, palm oil (CPO) and palm oil (PE) can be obtained from the palm pulp, while the palm fruit (palm kernel) is separated during the crushing process, and the shell is crushed and removed, and the remaining kernel is pressed to obtain CPKO and PKE. Oil palm fruits contain two different oils, palm oil from the pulp and palm kernel oil from the seeds (kernels) , the former being more important. All of these products are effectively used in food, chemical, agricultural and other fields. It can be said that palm is a good economic plant. After these initial stages of extraction, palmetto oil and palmetto kernel oil are sent to refineries for refining. After removal of free fatty acids, natural pigments, and odors, they become salad-grade oil-refined palmetto oil (RBD PO) and palmetto salad oil (RBD PKO) . The refined palm oil is nearly colorless and transparent in liquid state and nearly white in solid state. In addition, palm oil can be further fractionated and treated to form palmitoleic acid oil (PFAD) , palm oil (Boolean) and palm STEARINE (ST) according to the needs of different users. Oil palm fruit contains more lipase, so the harvested fruit must be processed or"Killed ferment" treatment, palm oil is easy to hydrolyze and produce more free fatty acids, acid value growth quickly, so to timely refining or extraction.
